Ophelia has been buried deep in wedding planning (send prayers), but is finally coming up for air and taking a break to write this newsletter. We both have had some exciting travels while we’ve been away and can’t wait to continue sharing our findings. To kick things off, Michelle recently visited Atlanta for the first time during a work trip and found this city to be so charming and full of art. She wants to come back and explore properly next time since it was a short trip, and when she does will definitely stay at one of these amazing places. 😊

Nobu Hotel Atlanta

Nobu (yep, that Nobu 🍣), opened this stunning hotel in November 2022. It was designed by NYC-based design firm, Rockwell Group. We love seeing the nods to Nobu’s Japanese origins throughout the hotel, with warm wood paneling and sleek lines.
There’s a gorgeous rooftop pool and of course, you can dine at Nobu restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The room service is all from Nobu as well, so here’s to eating sushi in bed!
Hotel Clermont
Poncey-Highland, Atlanta, GA

This funky boutique hotel has 94 guest rooms, a lobby bar, and a café. Restored by architecture firm Gamble + Gamble, and designed by Reunion Goods & Services, this retro-chic hotel restored and reopened in 2018.
The blue velvet bar chairs and scalloped bar backsplash are our favorite touches.
